Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and to ensure the health and safety of our members and employees and the communities we serve, HILCO Electric Cooperative made the difficult decision to forgo the meal and gathering of our members before the annual meeting. Please note there will not be a meal or prizes provided at the annual meeting September 24.
While HILCO EC may not be holding our typical gathering this year, there is still essential business to conduct. HILCO is run by a democratically elected board whose members earn the privilege of serving because of your vote!
Director election ballots will be mailed to each member with the September issue of Texas Co-op Power, along with more voting instructions.
