How to Set Priority Devices in the App
1. Activate ExperienceIQ. ExperienceIQ must be activated in the app before using Device Priority.
a. From the main dashboard, select My Network.
b. Select Services and enable ExperienceIQ.
2. Return to My Network and select Networks.
3. Under shortcuts, select Priorities and slide button to Enable My Priorities.
4. New options will pop up, allowing you to set a priority schedule by web traffic or device.
a. Traffic Priority—Prioritize online activities with a set schedule. Example: Have a set day you play video games with friends each week? Create a schedule so gaming will be given priority service automatically during the time you play.
b. Device Priority—Assign priority to specific devices connected to your network and set a schedule. Example: When working from home, make your computer a priority device during scheduled work hours.
