A. HILCO Electric Cooperative offers many ways to pay your bill with through a variety of payment methods. We provide as many billing and payment options as possible, so you can use what is most convenient and works best for your lifestyle.
Payment options include:
SmartHub: Our secure web and mobile app allows you to pay your bill, track usage and much more. Download the free app from your mobile device’s app store.
Auto Pay: Sign up to have your bill paid automatically with a checking or savings account or your debit or credit card.
Phone–Automated System: Call 1-877-371-9365 anytime, 24/7, to pay over the phone.
Mail: HILCO Electric Cooperative, P.O. Box 127, Itasca, TX 76055
Prepaid Metering: Pay as you go and manage your own electricity usage.
Levelized Billing: Levelized billing is calculated by adding your current electric bill to your previous 11 months’ total and dividing that sum by 12. This payment option prevents drastic changes in your bill.
Pay Stations: HILCO EC has partnered with Fidelity Express to offer more local payment locations for HILCO members. Please be aware that a payment made at a Fidelity pay station comes to HILCO through a third party, so processing time may be longer, and a small fee is charged. To find a pay station near you, visit hilco.coop.
Online Banking: Convenient monthly payment options are offered through many financial institutions. Check with your bank to set up yours.
Pay in Person: Visit one of our four convenient locations to pay your bill in person with one of our friendly cashiers. Location and business hours are listed on our website.
Drop Box: Use one of our four payment drop boxes, open 24/7 and conveniently located at each of our locations below.
