Regular, Jalapeño, and Habanero Sausage (cured and vacuum sealed) will be sold by the package.

Saint Joseph Sausage Festival, Sunday, October 19, 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Dinner is served from 11 a.m.–1:30 p.m. at Saint Joseph Hall: 21st & Division (F.M. 41)
Menu: St. Joseph German sausage, Knights of Columbus Council 2571 grilled chicken, homemade German potato salad, green beans, bread, sauerkraut, and dessert.
Plates are $15. Whether you dine-in or take-out, enter through the south side door.

German music for listening enjoyment! We are bringing back the FunFest, in the school, at 11 a.m. silent auction, quilt and cedar chest raffle, games, and live auction at 2 p.m.
Biergarten, Sunday, October 19- 11 a.m.–6 p.m.
Enjoy traditional German music under the “big tent” or in the Biergarten with German beer and food!
