4 tablespoons paprika
4 teaspoons coarse ground black pepper
4 teaspoons chili powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 teaspoons orange zest, fresh or dried
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Rub generous handful on both sides of meat. If using on poultry, rub its skin with olive oil before applying spices.
