1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Rub generous handful on both sides of chicken. Cover coated chicken and let sit at least 30 minutes before cooking.
