1 rotisserie chicken or whole roasted chicken
8 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 red onion, diced
1 bunch chopped green onions
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
32 ounces chicken broth
1/2 cup hot wing sauce
Garlic powder to taste
Cilantro, optional, for garnish
Avocado, optional, for garnish
Cheese, optional, for garnish
Green onion, optional, for garnish

  • Remove meat from chicken and shred.
  • Put meat, cheeses, red and green onions, chopped cilantro, chicken broth and wing sauce in a slow cooker. Stir in garlic powder.
  • Set on low for 4-6 hours. Then garnish as desired with avocado slices, cilantro, some Cheddar cheese and some green onion.
