2 cloves garlic
6 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups fresh cilantro, hard packed
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chopped, toasted walnuts
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Refrigerate unused portion.
