Peach Champagne Soup
1 pound frozen peaches
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup white champagne
3/4 cup granulated sugar
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on high until well combined and smooth.

Pinwheel Cookies
1 box (11 ounces) puff pastry dough
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup granulated sugar
Roll out one sheet of puff pastry about 1/4 inch thick on lightly floured surface. Beat egg with 2 tablespoons water. Brush puff pastry with egg wash. Combine cinnamon and sugar in small bowl and sprinkle evenly over puff pastry. Start at one end of puff pastry and roll dough into spiral. Place rolled dough in freezer for about 10 minutes, or until dough is firm. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove dough from freezer, cut into slices about 1/2 inch thick and place onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from baking sheet.
