Finalist Selection
Three winners will be chosen by an independent panel of judges to represent BCEC on the Government-in-Action Youth Tour trip to Washington, D.C., June 17–26, 2020. An alternate also will be chosen in the event a winner cannot make the trip. Each winner and the alternate also will receive a $1,500 scholarship from Big Country EC and will be notified by email or phone by 5 p.m. Thursday, February 13, 2020. This year, Big Country EC also will award a $500 grant to the school that has the most students submit videos.
