Board seats up for election: Districts 2 & 7
Who can vote? CoServ Electric Board of Directors represent all CoServ Members, so all eligible Members can vote in the election (not just those residing in Districts 2 and 7).
More details: Board Candidate bios and the 2025 Annual Meeting minutes will be posted at CoServ.com/Elections starting May 14.
Voting options: CoServ Members can vote online or through the mail, whatever works best for you.
How To Vote: Survey & Ballot Systems will mail a voting packet to each Member’s home on Thursday, May 14. The packet will include a paper ballot and a link to a secure online portal, allowing Members to cast their vote either by mail or digitally. Voting deadline is Thursday, June 4, at 5 p.m.
Election results: Will be announced at the CoServ Virtual Annual Meeting on June 9, 2026. The meeting will be live-streamed at CoServ.com and a recording will be available for viewing afterwards.
