The Annual Pie Social is a fundraiser benefiting the Wimberley Valley Museum and will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 22 on the museum's grounds in Wimberley. The event will feature a pie-baking contest, pie-eating contest, live music by Erik Hokkanen and Will Webster, an auction of the winning pies, games for the kids, as well as pie by the slice and hot dogs for sale.
The event is free to attend and funds raised will benefit the ongoing preservation and renovation of the Wimberley Valley Museum and the two homes it includes which are on the National Register of Historic Places.
