6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash of black pepper
Pinch smoked paprika
1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and place the yolks in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the mayonnaise to the yolks and mash with a fork to combine. Stir in the relish, mustard, salt and pepper.
3. Spoon the yolk mixture into egg whites and sprinkle with smoked paprika.
