1 can garbanzo beans (16 ounces)
1 cup chopped grape tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Drain and rinse garbanzo beans.
2. In a large bowl, combine beans, tomatoes, onions, cucumber and garlic.
3. Add oil, salt and pepper, and toss.
4. Chill about 1 hour before serving.
