1/2 to 3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup buttermilk for dressing
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon minced onion, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon Mrs. Dash
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, optional
Pinch cayenne pepper, optional
In jar, combine all ingredients, whisk with a fork. Taste frequently and adjust seasonings as needed. This may be used immediately but is better when chilled for a couple of hours before serving. Blue, gorgonzola or feta cheeses are all nice additions.
