Managing your electric account isn’t hard. In fact, it’s gotten easier over the years and can be accessed simply by logging in to the SmartHub app. To access SmartHub on your phone or tablet, download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Once it’s downloaded, choose Medina EC as your service provider and enter your account information. When you’re logged in, you will be able to access all the same account information you were able to from the desktop version.
