TVEC Member Portal Gets a New Look

Update adds functionality and cleaner mobile interface.

With more than 10% of web traffic at going through to our TVEC Member Portal, we know that having a useful and usable interface for managing your electric service account is important for many of you.

And if you needed any motivation to check it out, the Member Portal is now redesigned to give you more options and a fresher look that is better than ever.

For mobile users in particular, the TVEC Member Portal is now much better suited for navigation on your phone or tablet, with larger buttons and clearer menus.

Functionality is improved as well, with the addition of a Quick Pay button and outage reporting directly from the portal.

Usage graphs have been revamped as well, with new options for date selections, comparisons to previous dates and more.

The alerts and reminders section has been expanded for easier viewing, allowing you to add or change your alerts settings easily.

We want your electrical usage and billing information to be easy to find and easy to use.
