1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas, thawed
1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
1 cup chopped celery
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup prepared zesty Italian salad dressing
- In a large bowl, combine the peas, peanuts, celery, bacon and onion.
- Mix the mayonnaise and Italian dressing in a small bowl. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
- Chill until served.
