Peanut and Pea Salad

1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas, thawed
1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
1 cup chopped celery
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup prepared zesty Italian salad dressing
- In a large bowl, combine the peas, peanuts, celery, bacon and onion.
- Mix the mayonnaise and Italian dressing in a small bowl. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
- Chill until served.
Servings: 5. Serving size: 3/4 cup. Per serving: 494 calories, 15.8 g protein, 39.2 g fat, 17.8 g carbohydrates, 5.8 g dietary fiber, 592 mg sodium, 6.6 g sugars, 15 mg cholesterol
