How Are We Doing?

Cooperative using email and phone surveys

You can’t fix a problem you don’t know about. That old adage has proven true, and Medina Electric Cooperative uses problems that are reported to us to modify our business practices.

The cooperative has done monthly surveys over the phone for a number of years to see how we are doing and where we can improve. A third-party company performs the surveys and send results to the cooperative.

In February, we also began collecting feedback through email surveys. If you pay your bill or report an outage online through the SmartHub system, you may get an email asking you what you thought about the process. We thought it made sense to survey members who are doing business with us online through online means.

Feedback from members through these phone and email surveys is very important. It is used by cooperative management and staff to modify our work behind the scenes and to spot issues before they become problems. We appreciate your taking the time to complete the surveys if you get a call or email.
