1 pound ground pork
2 teaspoons fennel seeds
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Refrigerate, covered, for 24 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
- Cook and serve or freeze for later.
