8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
4 slices thin-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together evenly.
- Pour mixture into 1-quart baking dish and bake 25-40 minutes, until top is deeply browned but not burnt.
- Serve warm with chips, chunks of bread or veggies for dipping.
